1. Scope & Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Returns are primarily accepted for items that are damaged, incorrect, or expired upon arrival. To be eligible, products must be in resalable condition and include all original labeling and seals.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, email our support team at: wholesale@lamirecosmetics.com
Please include your order number, business name, and the reason for your return. A dedicated representative will review your case and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with further instructions.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
Unless the return is due to an error or product defect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for added security. Lamiré Cosmetics is not liable for lost return parcels without proof of delivery.
4. Restocking & Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection by our quality control team. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund or product exchange based on your preference. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of return approval, though banking timelines may extend this up to 30 days.
5. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:
- Promotional or clearance bundles
- Products close to expiry (under 6 months)
- Items marked “Final Sale”
If unsure about return eligibility, please reach out before shipping any items back.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, after verification.
7. Exchanges & Store Credit
We are happy to offer exchanges depending on product availability. If an exchange cannot be completed, you may opt for store credit or a full refund.
8. International Returns
For orders shipped outside of Germany or the U.S., return parcels may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These costs are not covered by Lamiré Cosmetics unless the return results from our error.
