To request the latest version of our catalog, simply contact us via email or WhatsApp, or fill out the inquiry form on our website. Once your wholesale account is approved, we’ll send the catalog directly to you along with any current promotions or bulk order offers.

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days to pack and prepare your shipment.

For pre-booked orders, we follow the timeline agreed upon at the time of booking.

After packing is complete, we’ll send you the box dimensions so you can provide us with your shipping labels. Once we receive the labels, we’ll apply them and ship the goods directly to your destination.

All purchases made through Lamire Cosmetics are final sale. We take great care to inspect and ensure the quality of every product before it is shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as outlined in our return policy.
